From entrepreneur to management consultant

I currently live with my wife and children in Hanover, Germany, which is the capital of Lower Saxony.

From 2001 to 2014, I was responsible for the full restructuring and expansion of Flux Schweiß- und Lötstoffe GmbH, at first as a senior employee and later as an owner, paving the way for its future success. In this role, I traveled around the world over the course of fifteen years, with a focus in Asia. I analyzed local markets, developed suppliers, customers and products, set up expert teams, meanwhile expanding my global network. In 2014, I successfully sold my company to an international corporation, which placed me in a global leadership role.  I remained in this position until I had successfully connected the two companies at the end of 2016.

What began as a simple chemicals refining company that manufactured chemicals for brazing aluminum, primarily for the automotive industry, is now a global enterprise that serves diversified markets worldwide from consumer goods to energy.

My experience in the European and Asian markets as a company buyer and seller, as well as an owner and senior employee, allows me to provide high-level and experiential based consulting to both start-ups as well as established companies.
